At FCM we make pure paneer ( cottage ) cheese with a special recipe , which differentiate it from market products. It has great fresh flavor with an aroma of fresh and pure non hormonal milk which comes from the fresh milk of healthy cows. Market cottage usually claims low fat, but it does not give any information on milk quality ( usually skimmed milk is mixed with milk powder and milk proteins which makes an inferior quality cheese).
